Venkataraman Raghu

Around 40 Years of experience in Automobile and Automobile Component Manufacturing Industries. He retired from I.F.B. Industries, where he has been posted as Managing Director in 2012. He had been actively involved in supporting SME’s in their endeavour to scale up to the next level and in overcoming the hurdles.

His experience spans production, operations, general management. He has also served as Board Member in various Companies. He specializes in setting up greenfield projects as well as joint ventures, He has to his credit setting up an operational zing of 10 such projects. Also adopted in implementing the systems to include and benefit from new technologies and best manufacturing practices. His success includes Marketing, Lean Management and Working Capital Management and Team Working.

He has travelled widely and his experience includes large overseas stints. Mr. Raghu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. KRISHNAMURTHY HEGDE – Company Secretary & Compliance Advisor

Mr. Hegde is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). During his CS training, he has handled the Initial Public Offering of Snowman Logistics Ltd, Due Diligence of Gokaldas Exports Ltd and Secretarial Audit of Sobha Limited. He recently handled the Secretarial Compliance of amalgamation of Cerner India Health Services (Subsidiary of NASDAQ listed Company). He is also providing Secretarial and Compliance advice to few Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) viz. Vistaar Financial Services, Olety Finance and Manhattan Associate (Subsidiary of US Listed Company). Presently he is handling elEVAte existing client on Secretarial and Compliance matters.

N Ramesh, B.Com, CAIIB, besides qualification in computer programming applications. Worked in public sector bank for about 38 years and retired as divisional manager.

About 25 years’ experience in handling corporate advances, MSME advances, export / import advances, project financing, channel financing, forex matters and international advances including external credit borrowings (ECB), refinancing etc.

Post retirement giving training / lectures on handling all aspects of credit portfolio – both corporate credit and MSME credit including assessment of fund based and non-fund based limits, export-import credit and overseas credit such as external credit borrowings (ECB), refinancing etc.
