During his CS training, he has handled the Initial Public Offering of Snowman Logistics Ltd, Due Diligence of Gokaldas Exports Ltd and Secretarial Audit of Sobha Limited. He recently handled the Secretarial Compliance of amalgamation of Cerner India Health Services (Subsidiary of NASDAQ listed Company).
